  EX-PROOF SYSTEMS
The minimum conditions which are demand for occuring the flame or continuing and spanning the fire, there has to be a purview as called as "Fire Triangle".

The Fire Triangle has been given above:
  • Gas or vapour in determined concentration limits (Fuel),
  • Air in minimum concentration (Oksygen),
  • Ignition source in minimum heat and energy (Heat)

If it is allowed to finished this triangles in one way, fire occurs and it can be a reason for increasing the fire during the triangle's one edge doesn't exist. If there ae the triangle's any of two edges and the third one is not, fire can't occur.

It can't give any result as a fire everytime because air (oxygen) that covers all the world and can possibly be found every place. Moreover, if it is thought the flammable gases have the possibilty to be found in some studying conditions, it is going to be suitable to throw the triangle's other edge out that has the minimum heat and energy as an ignition source for this kinds of conditions.

In addition, it gets the demand of EX-PROOF materials that are changeable quality according to condition and used for establishing electric systems in flammable conditions.

The field of producing flammable gas, vapour or liquids, using them during production process or stocking them is called as "Dangerous Area". It is suggested to use EX-PROOF materials in Dangerous Areas nowadays.

CLASSIFICATION OF DANGEROUS AREAS

According to flammable and explosive atmosphere:
  • Zone 0 : The zone of existing flammable and explosive atmosphere continious or termanant.
  • Zone 1 : The zone of existing flammable and explosive atmosphere in normal studied conditions
  • Zone 2 : The zone that doesn't exist flammable and explosive atmosphere in normal studied conditions even if occurs saving its ability just for a while.
According the risk of fire
  • Group I: The conditions included natural metane gas
  • Group II: The conditions out of coal pit.

Group II is also seperates 3 different group.

    • Group IIA Petroleum and Hydrocarbones
    • Group IIB Etylene and Air
    • Group IIC Hydrogene
According to Heat of Surface
  • T1 450 șC
  • T2 300 șC
  • T3 200 șC
  • T4 135 șC
  • T5 100 șC
  • T6 85 șC

Wind turibunes haven't got the problems who can be occured by fossil fuels . These turibunes don't pollute the weather with toxic gas because of the reason using the wind as a fuel.>>
